If you would like to cancel a bill payment within three days of the payment date, please contact Banking Online Support at (855) 886-4819 for further assistance. Alternatively, locate the payment on the Activity tab of the Bill Pay page, click the arrow to the left of the payment, then click Cancel. To do so, locate the payment in the Pending Payments section to the right of the Payment Center on the Bill Pay page, and click Cancel beneath the payment details.
